Managers Index) rose to 95%, a 15% increase over the last year. The OSI(overall
satisfaction index) rating increased to 93%, again a jump of 15%. More
importantly, I saw a significant increase (131%) in the index that measured
cooperation, openness, and trust. This objective data provided validation
metrics to what my eyes and ears had already told me
